Fullsheet Start a skate

Adult pickup hockey · organizer desk

Fill the sheet.
Cover the ice.

You rented the ice. Fullsheet turns the rink bill into a price per skater, hands you a sign-up link with skater and goalie spots, runs the waitlist on its own, splits light from dark, and keeps your paid list straight until the last puck drops.

Free for one skate at a time · Organizer Pass $1.95/month or $19.50/year, or $1.00 for One Big Night · Free during preview

What every pickup organizer chases

Bodies, money and even sides. One page for all three.

Spots and a waitlist that runs itself

Set the skater cap and goalie spots. Once they fill, new names wait in line. When someone taps “I can’t make it”, the next player in line moves in. No group-text roll call.

The price that covers the ice

The rink bill over the skater spots, rounded up to the step you choose. Fullsheet shows how many skaters break even, how short or over you are tonight, and what the bill would be split over the players actually in.

Light and dark, from the jerseys people have

Every player says light, dark or both. Fullsheet puts one goalie each way, fixes the single-colour players, fills the gaps with the “both” crowd, and tells you straight when the jerseys cannot make it even.

How a night runs

From rink invoice to puck drop

  1. 1

    Rent the ice

Enter the bill, the time, the skater cap and goalie spots. Fullsheet sets the price, or you set your own.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Paste the sign-up link in your group chat. Players add a first name or nickname, pick skater or goalie and their jersey.

  3. 3

    Let the list move

Spots fill, the waitlist forms, drop-outs free a spot and the next player moves in. Each player keeps a spot card that shows where they stand.

  4. 4

    At the rink

Pick sides in one tap, tick who paid as the cash or app payments come in, and watch the bill fill up.

For players

Every player gets a spot card

Their own private link shows in or waitlist number, light or dark, and the price. One button gives the spot back, and the next player in line moves in. No app, no account, no email or phone number.

Preview Free during preview. These are the prices Fullsheet will charge once card payments open. Until then every organizer gets the Organizer Pass limits at no charge, nothing is charged and no card is asked for.

Adults only. Fullsheet is for 18+ pickup and drop-in skates. Players tick “I am 18 or older” to sign up, and Fullsheet asks for nothing but a first name or nickname.

Your money stays yours. Players pay the organizer however the group already does. Fullsheet never holds, moves or asks for that money; the paid list is the organizer’s own tick sheet.
