Plain terms

  1. Fullsheet is an organizing tool for adult (18+) pickup and drop-in hockey. Do not use it for youth sessions or to list anyone under 18.
  2. The organizer is responsible for the skate itself: the ice rental, the rink’s rules, waivers, safety, and any money collected. Fullsheet is not a party to any of that and never handles payments between players and organizers.
  3. Prices and break-even figures are arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Check them against your rink’s invoice.
  4. Use first names or nicknames only. Do not put contact details, insults or anything unlawful in names, titles or notes; organizers can remove any player, and we may delete content that breaks these terms.
  5. Anyone with a book link can manage that book, and anyone with a sign-up link can see that skate’s names. Share links with care.
  6. Prices for the Organizer Pass ($1.95/month or $19.50/year) and One Big Night ($1.00) are shown on the pricing page. During the preview nothing is charged. When payments open, the Pass renews until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal.
  7. Fullsheet is independent and not affiliated with USA Hockey or its Mid-American District, or any rink, league or team. It is provided as is, without warranty. Service by WeldonPC.com.
