How it works
The rules Fullsheet follows, in plain words
Nothing is guessed and nothing is hidden. These are the exact rules the code runs.
The price per skater
Fullsheet takes the rink bill, subtracts what the goalies pay (if you charge goalies at all), divides the rest by the number of skater spots, and rounds up to the step you pick: 25¢, 50¢ or $1. Example: a $340 bill over 20 skater spots with free goalies is $17.00 each. You can also type your own price instead.
Break-even
The number of skaters it takes to cover the bill at that price: the bill, less the fees of the goalies already in, divided by the price, rounded up. While goalie spots that pay a fee are still empty, the skate page also says how many skaters it takes once every goalie spot is paid. If that is more than your skater spots, Fullsheet says the price can never cover the bill.
The money panel
- Expected: skaters in × price, plus goalies in × goalie fee.
- Short / covered / over: expected compared with the rink bill.
- Ticked paid: the total of the players you have ticked as paid. It is your own tick sheet; Fullsheet never sees or moves money.
- Split over who came: what each would pay if tonight’s bill were shared among the skaters actually in. Shown for your information, never applied on its own.
Who is in and who waits
A player is in while their role (skater or goalie) has an open spot and nobody is already waiting for that role. Otherwise they join the waitlist in the order they signed up. When an in player drops out or the organizer removes them, or the organizer adds spots, the earliest waiting player of that role moves in. Lowering the cap never bumps anyone out. Sign-ups close at the start time, or earlier if the organizer closes them.
Light and dark
Goalies go one each way first. Players who own only a light or only a dark jersey go to that side. Players with both fill the smaller side, in sign-up order. If there are not enough two-jersey players to even it out, Fullsheet says how uneven it is and does not pretend otherwise.
What players give
A first name or nickname, skater or goalie, the jersey colour, and a tick confirming they are 18 or older. No email, phone number, age, address or photo is asked for anywhere. Each player gets their own private spot-card link to check their place or give the spot back.
Players an organizer adds by hand (a walk-in, or someone who texted instead of using the link) skip the tick: the organizer is vouching that they are an adult, as the Terms require. They get no spot-card link; the organizer removes them if they drop.
What is kept, and for how long
Player names are deleted 30 days after the skate; the night’s totals (how many were in, what was ticked paid) stay in the organizer’s ledger. A book that nobody opens for 400 days is deleted with everything in it. Organizers can delete a skate or the whole book at any time.
